I forgot my password, what can i do to log into the system

You must contact your system administrator and ask him to reset your password.

Can i change my password or do i need to ask the system administrator

You can change your password at any time. Log into the system with your current password, and from the home page look for the Change Password button at the bottom right of the screen. Click on it to access the Change Password window.
