Sicorax® Employee & Manager Self Service has been specifically developed to optimize the management of HR data and provides real-time personal information, securely communicated to your collaborators.

Your employees can make their leave requests, or view their administrative data such as:

  • Addresses, contact information, people to notify in case of emergency, dependents, languages

  • Training and skills
  • Pay Slips, «Statement of Emoluments»
  • Leaves Balance
  • Etc

The Manager and the HR department can also view all data of employees under their responsibility, view absences, validate holidays, etc..
