Employee Guide

In the PMS Application the employee's roles consist of:

  • Setting his/her score on the current PMS Objectives and Competences. Click Here
  • Inputting his/her Feedback. Click Here
  • Inputting his/her Future Objectives. Click Here
  • Closing his/her PMS. Click Here
  • Meeting up with his/her Supervisor for final PMS exercise to set a final scoring for the respective appraisal.
  • Inputting his/her Final Remarks. (The employee can input his final remarks on his appraisal, but this can only be done after the PMS final exercise has been completed, i.e. both the supervisor and the employee have agreed on the final scores together.) Click Here
