Export Data

This option enables you to generate a text file containing information of net pays for all employees. Each bank has a different format. An MCB format is shown below:

When choosing Export data option, the Preview button is not active - Only the Export button is active to enable the export of the text file.

If no “Directory” criteria is specified, the file is exported to the default location where your database is found. This is indicated in the log as shown below:
