To access a video via the Help button within the HRMS module, follow the steps below:

Note:Underlined Text When a Help topic includes a video, the Help button will be highlighted in yellow to indicate its availability.

The below illustrates the videos available for the functionality “Payment/deduction batch input

Click on a video and it will play directly

Additionally, for certain HRMS functionalities, the Help feature is accessible through the More button on the toolbar. In such cases, the More button will be highlighted in yellow as shown below.

Similarly, the videos are also accessible through the menu Video/Wiki

Step 1: Go to Menu Video/Wiki

Step 2: Through Modules & Families Click PAY or EMPLOYEE

Step 3: You may click Monthly Procedures or Pay Transactions

Step 4: If you have clicked Pay Transactions above, you may click the video “Payment/deduction batch input” or “Payment/deduction batch update” and the video will play directly
