Via the “Help button” on the toolbar.

When a Help topic includes a video, the Help button is highlighted in yellow to indicate its availability.

Additionally, for certain HRMS functionalities, the Help feature is accessible through the More button on the toolbar. In such cases, the More button is highlighted in yellow.

Step 1: Go to Payroll –> Monthly Procedures –> Payments Deduction

Step 2: Click the Help button on the toolbar (when a Help topic includes a video, the Help button is highlighted in yellow to indicate its availability)

Step 3: Click one of the videos and it will play directly

Step 1: Go to Employee –> Employee List

Step 2: Click the More button on the toolbar

Step 3: Click the Help button (the Help feature is accessible through the More button on the toolbar. In such cases, the More button is highlighted in yellow)

Step 4: Click the video and it will play directly

Step 2: Click PAY

Step 3: Click Pay Transactions

Step 4: Click on one of the videos and it will play directly
