Video/Wiki

Videos are accessible through the Help button within the HRMS payroll functionality. When a Help topic includes a video, the Help button will be highlighted in yellow to indicate its availability.

Below is an illustration on how to access a video through Payroll –> Monthly Procedures –> Payments Deductions –> Help

In step 3 below, you may click the video “Payment/deduction batch input” or “Payment/deduction batch update” and the video will play directly.

Similarly, the videos are also accessible through the menu Video/Wiki

Step 1: Go to Menu Video/Wiki

Step 2: Through Modules & Families Click PAY or EMPLOYEE

Step 3: You may click Monthly Procedures or Pay Transactions

Step 4: If you have clicked Pay Transactions above, you may click the video “Payment/deduction batch input” or “Payment/deduction batch update” and the video will play directly
