How to verify vacation leave eligibility

  • Step 1 - Go to menu Employee click Leaves

  • Step 2 - Click Vacation leave eligibility

Eligibility Tab

  • The Eligibility tab allows you to view employees who are eligible for vacation leave according to the configured eligibility criteria and parameters. It also allows you to force eligibility for employees who are otherwise not entitled to vacation leave.

3 Filter Options

  • Apply criteria to locate specific employees within the Eligibility grid.
  • 3A Select the below filter options to refine the Eligibility grid and display only the records required
  • Show All – displays all (eligible or not) employees
  • Show Eligible Only – displays only employees who are eligible for vacation leave
  • Show Non-Eligible Only – displays only employees who are not eligible for vacation leave

4 Eligibility Grid

  • The grid provides the below options
  • Show/Hide Columns
  • Sort Option
  • Filter Option
  • Employee On Foreigner Status
  • Employee On Contract Flag
  • Force Vacation Leave
