As per the below published information, any outstanding Sick Leave shall be accumulated to the Bank Sick Leave however, it is only applicable to employees who are defined as worker as per law. Note that the changes must be performed on Sicorax HRMS Payroll AFTER December 2022 payroll closure.

• Ensure the below changes are performed AFTER December 2022 payroll closure.

• 1: Amend the carry forward limit for Sick Leave

• 2: Amend the limit for Bank Sick Leave

• 3. Perform leaves calculation

• Step 1: Go Payroll or HR

• Step 2: Settings

• Step 3: Leave Groups

• Select leave group worker

To amend the limit for Sick Leave carry forward, follow the steps below:

• Select Sick Leave

• Go to Max Carry Forward and Max Bank Quantity

• Replace 90 with 999999

• Click Save

To amend the limit for Bank Sick Leave carry forward, follow the steps below:

• Select Bank Sick Leave

• Go to Max Carry Forward

• Replace 90 with 999999

• Click Save

• Go to Employee

• Click Leaves

• Select Company

* Click Generate
