Departments
Step 1: Click on Departments.
Step 2: Click on
a new line will be added.
Step 3: Enter the Department.
Step 4: Enter department name.
Step 5: Select email, by using the lookup
button, for the person responsible to receive messages concerning that particular department.
Step 6: Click on
save button to save all entries.
