Incident Type
- Step 1: Click on Incident Type.
- Step 2: Click on New, a new line will be added.
- Step 3: Enter the Incident Type.
- Step 4: Enter Incident Type Name (short description).
- Step 5: Enter Incident Family. (By clicking on the lookup icon, a new window will open with a list of Incident Family. A double click will choose the selected family).
- Step 6: Select the mail address of the person/s responsible for the follow-up by choosing from the list (same procedure as Step 5).
- Step 7: Enter a value for the time to be taken for the resolution of the incident.
- Step 8: Or enter a value for the number of days to be taken for the resolution of the incident.
- Step 9: Click on Save button.
