PMS Overview
- The supervisor defines and inputs objectives for his employees for the current appraisal reference.
- The supervisor appraises all employees falling under his/her direct supervision at the required time.
- Each employee sets his/her own scoring.
- Each employee inputs his/her IDP training (if applicable).
- Each employee inputs his/her IDP future (if applicable).
- Both the employee and the supervisor meet up to set a final scoring for the respective appraisal at the end of the PMS period.
