PMS Overview

  • The supervisor defines and inputs objectives for his employees for the current appraisal reference.
  • The supervisor appraises all employees falling under his/her direct supervision at the required time.
  • Each employee sets his/her own scoring.
  • Each employee inputs his/her IDP training (if applicable).
  • Each employee inputs his/her IDP future (if applicable).
  • Both the employee and the supervisor meet up to set a final scoring for the respective appraisal at the end of the PMS period.
