Load Clock Cards Error Messages

Critical Error Message

Check in Parameters >Payroll Calendar if there is any gap between the period dates.
All periods start/end dates must follow without any gaps between period dates.
For example:
Dec 16/11 - 15/12
Jan 01/12 - 15/01 (overlapping)

This causes a problem with loading clock cards because for example when loading clock cards for > the 05/12/2011 system takes that date and look it up in the Calendar. Because Dec and Jan are overlapping it is taking the 1st matching period which is Dec 2011 which is week 64 in 2011 and tries to look for week 64 in 2012.

Time Must Fall in between 00:00:00 and 00:00:00

For this error please check the Time Window of the specific schedule in use for the date.

Table Daily Schedule, record Daily Schedule Code = 0 not found

Go to Planning > Daily schedule - untick 'Allow Time Adjust, Automatic Presence and Presence Required' for Schedule OFF.
