Security Level

This form displays the available security levels for Sicorax Payroll.

Six security levels are available for the Payroll System:

  1. Company level restricts a user to one or more companies
  2. PaySite level restricts a user to one or more pay sites
  3. Department level restricts a user to one or more departments
  4. Sub-department level restricts a user to one or more sub-departments
  5. Employee level restricts a user to a group of employees
  6. Hide salary level restricts a user from viewing the monthly, daily and hourly basics

Additional Information

You assign a user to a security level to restrict his/her access to payroll data.
Use the Employee Level security when you need to restrict a user's access to employee data, like for example to restrict access only to employees with Monthly Basics < 50000.
