Dependents

Dependents by Employee and By age Group

Dependents shows number of dependents of employee.

Step 1: Click on Menu Reports

Step 2: Click on icon Reports

Step 3: Click on the ”+” sign to expand the list of available reports

Step 4: Choose the required report and click on the ”+” sign to expand

Step 5: Click on “By Age Group” to view Dependents By Age Group,
- or click on “By Employee” to view the same report By Employee

Step 6: If a filtering/range is required for this report, then it can be added here.

The list of possible criteria fields for this report are: Age, Date of Birth, Department, Relationship (please refer to Criteria section for explanations)

Step 7: Click on Preview button.

To view report By Department/Employee, By Department/Age, By Department/no of dependents, By Employee follow the steps below.

Step 4: Choose the required report and click on the ”+” sign to expand

Step 5: Click on “By Dependents/Employee” to view Dependents By Department/Employee.
- or click on “By Dependents/Age” to view Dependents By Department/Age.
- or click on “By Dependents/no of dependents” to view Dependents By Department/no of dependents.
- or click on “By Employee” to view Dependents By Employee.
