HR Admin Profile

As an HR Admin, he/she will able to overview all the employees within the organisation.

Step 1:

Click on the 'Admin' icon

Step 2:

By default the 'My Employee' is loaded as displayed in the below screen

Step 3:

Click and select to view the respective department from the drop down list

To view one of the employee personal data,double click on the respective employee

Role of HR Admin

The main important role of the HR Admin is to administrate the whole system. He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • To cross check all the modifications in the employees ‘personal data before any approval
  • To overview all the leaves entitlement and application
  • To upload documents such as Forms, Knowledge share, Latest info etc
  • To update the SESS version when he/she has been told to do so by UNICONSULTS
  • To report to Uniconsults for any discrepancies or enhancements to be done in the application
