Time Sheet Group
The Time Sheet Groups are used to group employees with the same :
- Working hours per day
- Working days per year
- Code: Numeric (01-99)
- Description: Max. 40 characters to describe the time sheet group
- Days per year: The number of working days per year (e.g 22 days x 12 months = 264 days)
- Wrk days @ Nov: The number of working days from January to November (e.g 264 days - 22 days in Dec = 242 days)
- Hours/Per Day: The default number of hours per day (including lunch time and breaks)
- Wrk hrs day: The default number of working hours per day
- Hours/Month: The number of hours per month (Days per year / 12 x working hours per day, e.g 264/12×8=176)
Additional Information
An employee is assigned to a Time Sheet Group.
An employee daily and hourly rates are computed based on his/her Time Sheet Group values.
When an employee is attached to a roster then the roster daily hours precede/overwrite the employee's Time Sheet Group defaults.
