User Systems Access

Use this form to restrict a user's access to payroll data.

User code: Select from a list of available users.

System code: Code identifying a system; PAY for Payroll and STP for Payroll Setup.

Level code: Select from the list of available security level code for selected system.

Security criteria: information used to filter payroll data so that the user does not have access to it. Criteria is not required for level 00-Full Access and level 06-Hide Salary.

Additional Information

You assign a security level to a user for a particular system i.e. PAY-Payroll or STP-Payroll Setup. Apart from the level 00-Full Access level, all other levels need a security criteria. What you input in the criteria depends on the selected level.
