Note: The below illustrations are related to fiscal year 2025 (July 2024-June 2025) however, for fiscal year 2026 (June 2025-July 2026), use the same steps by simply replacing Jul 2024 - Jun 2025 with Jul 2025 - Jun 2026 where applicable as shown below

The details of the Statement of Emoluments might be displayed on more than one (1) page (A4 format), depending on the content.

Use the steps below to preview/print the Statement of Emoluments:

• Step 1: Go to Payroll –> Yearly Procedures

• Step 2: Click Statement of Emoluments (2025)

• Step 3: Select the criteria Jul 2024 - Jun 2025 (replace Jul 2024 - Jun 2025 with Jul 2025 - Jun 2026)

• Step 4: Select and complete the necessary criteria where applicable

• Optional criteria: No Signature Message is used to specify no manual signature is required. To do so insert the message in the field e.g This is a computer generated document and requires no signature.

• Optional criteria : Confidentiality message allows printing of a confidential notice automatically on the SOE, to do so insert the confidential notice in the field e.g This document is confidential.

• Optional criteria : Show Signature is used to display a scanned signature automatically on the SOE. To upload a scanned signature on the SOE, refer to the section at the bottom of this page

• Step 5: Click Preview

• Step 6: The options can be used only if they have been configured during the project implementation or subsequently by the Support Team. If you would like to enable any of these options for the next fiscal year (e.g. allowing employees to receive or access their Statement of Emoluments (SOE) via Email, PDF, or ESS), please use Contact Sicorax Support to submit a request to our Support Team for the required configuration

PREREQUISITES

• The allowed dimensions for the signature are as follows (in pixels)
• Width: 600, height: 400
• Only JPG images are supported to be able to save reports as PDF
• Images saved with 300dpi or more are not supported

Follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Write your signature on a paper using the above mentioned dimension
• Step 2: Scan the signature
• Step 3: Save the file in the above mentioned format
• Step 4: Upload the scanned signature by following steps 1 to 5 shown below
