How to save a Payslip in PDF

To Save the Payslip in PDF format, using the same criteria as illustrated previously, use the steps below

• 1 Choose or insert the necessary criteria as illustrated below:

In the Year/Period section, select :

• (A) Pay year 2025
• (B) Pay period M8 August
• In the Company/Dept/Sub-Dept section, select :
• (C) Company General Co Ltd

To save the User report in PDF format :

• 2 Click PDF

• Wait until the PDF is generated.

Note: The file is automatically saved to the Downloads folder in ZIP format (e.g. exportPdf.zip)

• 3 Browse and locate the folder where the zip file is stored.

• 4 Right-click the downloaded ZIP file (exportPdf.zip), then click Open

• A PDF file is extracted.

• 5 Double-click to open the PDF.

* A document password is required. This is the password which has been previously communicated to you by your Payroll Admin. In case you do not have or have forgotten the password, contact your Payroll Admin.

• 6 Insert the Document Open password and click OK

• The payslip is displayed as illustrated below. You may Save to another folder location or Print or Send by mail as the case maybe.
