The illustration below shows how to preview a Payslip in format A4(Payslip-A4-1x) for all employees of a company for the month of August 2025
- 1 Go to menu Payroll and select Monthly Procedures
- 2 In the section Report - (Post Payroll) click Payslip format Payslip-A4-1x
- 3 Choose or insert the necessary criteria as illustrated below:
- In the Year/Period section, select :
- (A) Pay year 2025
- (B) Pay period M8 August
- In the Company/Dept/Sub-Dept section, select :
- (C) Company General Co Ltd
- Scroll down to choose or insert the remaining criteria
- The Employee Status , Report options and Report parameters sections remain unchanged
- Employee Status: Should you need to view/print for a specific status, activate the required criteria.
- Report options : Should you need to view/print for a specific employee, activate employee and choose the respective employee
- Report parameters : Should you need to display a specific message in the payslip footer , insert the message in the message box provided.
- 4 Click Preview
Note : The report is opened in the Report viewer tab
- Click Print and select the desired print option.
How to Print a Payslip to PDF
- To print the Payslip follow the steps below:
- 1 Click Print –> Print to PDF
- 2 Save as PDF
- 3 Save
How to close the Report Viewer Tab
To close the Report Viewer tab, click the cross (X) on the left side of the tab.
