Step 1: Click on Quality Assurance.

Step 2: Click on New, a new line will be added.

Step 3: Enter the Quality Assurance details.

Step 4: Enter a value in respect of the Quality assurance type, (eg. Excellent, Satisfactory, Poor).

Step 5: Click on Save button.
