Incident List Reports by Criteria

Reports can be generated by criterias.

• Step 1: Click on XML Reports.
• Step 2: Click on (+) sign to expand or (-) sign to colapse list. Select the item.
• Step 3: Click on New, a new line will be added.
• Step 4: Click on the arrow in the parameter criteria and select the item to be generated.
• Step 5: Select Operand
• Step 6: Click on lookup to select Parameter Value.
• Step 7: Click on preview to display report. See Example

NB. a click on save button will save the criteria as set.
