1: Shows the yearly head count based on Employee Type

2: Representes the Employee Type which are Undefined
- Undefined: In this example it means that the 6.3% of the head count of 2006 has not been entitled to any Employee Type

How to complete Undefined values

Step 1: Click on Help

Step 2: Click on About

Step 3: Click on Sys Info

Step 4: Click on Export

Step 5: Click on Ok from the Export window to Export to Excel Format

Step 6: Click on Ok from the Information window for the number of records to be exported

Step 7: List of employees with no Employee Type or Category

Step 8: Complete the undefined values in Masterfile Employees
