This option gives the employee other information on the following:

• Birthdays of colleagues
• New recruits
• Leavers
• Vacancies
• Ideabox

Step 1:

Click on the 'News' button and the birthdays screen will appear by default

Step 2:

Click and choose the department from the down list(short listed)

Step 3:

Click on respective button to view the general info within the organisation
