Copy Objective

An existing objective can be copied from one employee to another, either from the current appraisal reference or from a closed appraisal reference.

• Click on the Copy From Existing button on the objective input form. Below screen will appear.

• Step 1: Choose the Reference (current or closed one) from the drop-down list.
• Step 2: Select the employee from whom the objective is to be copied.
• Step 3: Click on Fetch button. The objective(s) will be displayed for the selected employee.
• Step 4: Select the objective from the list.
• Step 5: Click on Copy button. The objective’s KRA, KT and KPI and other details are applied to the newly created objective and these details can be modified where required.
• Step 6: Then click on Save button on the objective input form to save the objective.
