Below the different Bonus Types
Assume we are calculating the end of year bonus for the year 2008.

=====One part: November: =====
Sicorax will calculate 1/12 of the total cumulated emoluments from December 2007 to November 2008. The bonus will then be paid with November payroll.

=====One part: Mid-December=====
Sicorax will calculate 1/12 of the total cumulated emoluments from December 2007 to November 2008. The bonus will then be paid before December payroll.

=====One part: December=====
Sicorax will calculate 1/12 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to December 2008. The bonus will then be paid with December payroll.

=====Two parts: November – December=====
Sicorax will calculate 1/11 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to November 2008 for the first part. For the second part, Sicorax will calculate 1/12 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to December 2008 and will then pay the difference in December 2008.

=====Two parts: November – January=====
Sicorax will calculate 1/11 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to November 2008 for the first part. For the second part, Sicorax will calculate 1/12 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to December 2008 and will then pay the difference in January 2009.

=====Two parts: MidDec – December=====
Sicorax will calculate 1/11 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to November 2008 for the first part. For the second part, Sicorax will calculate 1/12 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to December 2008 and will then pay the difference in December 2008.

=====Two parts: MidDec – January=====
Sicorax will calculate 1/11 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to November 2008 for the first part. For the second part, Sicorax will calculate 1/12 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to December 2008 and will then pay the difference in January 2009.


=====One part: January=====
Sicorax will calculate 1/12 of the total cumulated emoluments from January 2008 to December 2008. The bonus will then be paid with January 2009 payroll.
