A company is divided into several departments.  Each employee should belong to a department.

  * **Choose the company by first, company name will appear automatically


  * **Department Code:** Alpha Numeric (01-99)


  * **Short Name:** Max. 10 characters to describe the Name


  * **Standard Name:** Max.35 characters to describe the Standard or Long Name
