====== Prerequisites for MRA PRGF Exit Statement (full-time employees) ====== Before exporting the MRA PRGF Exit Statement from Sicorax HRMS Payroll, it is compulsory to update the below before performing payroll calculation of the month : * PRGF Exit Reason __(As per the MRA this is the reason because of which Exit Statement is being submitted)__ List of possible values given by the MRA for the PRGF Exit Reason: * D - Death * R - Retirement * T - Termination * C - Cessation other than termination * J - Joined approved pension scheme {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:hrmsprgfexitft.png|}} * Step 1: Payroll/Monthly Procedure/PRGF * Step 2: Click Exit tab * Step 3: Choose criteria as illustrated * Step 4: Choose PRGF Exit Reason from the drop-down list List of possible values given by the MRA for the PRGF Exit Reason: * D - Death * R - Retirement * T - Termination * C - Cessation other than termination * J - Joined approved pension scheme * Step 5: Click Save on the toolbar ====== Prerequisites for MRA PRGF Exit Statement (part-time employees) ====== Before exporting the MRA PRGF Exit Statement from Sicorax HRMS Payroll, it is compulsory to update PRGF Exit Reason, Number of days worked by a part-time worker in a week, Number of days worked by a comparable full time worker in a week and Final Remuneration before performing payroll calculation of the month : * PRGF Exit Reason __(As per the MRA this is the reason because of which Exit Statement is being submitted)__ List of possible values given by the MRA for the PRGF Exit Reason: * D - Death * R - Retirement * T - Termination * C - Cessation other than termination * J - Joined approved pension scheme * Number of days worked by a part-time worker in a week: __(As per the MRA this is the average number of days of work performed by the part-time worker in a week. It is obtained when the average number of hours worked by the part time worker in a week is divided by the average number of hours worked by a comparable full time worker in a day)__ * Number of days worked by a comparable full time worker in a week: __(As per the MRA this is the average number of days of work performed by a comparable full-time worker in a week. It is obtained from the average number of days worked by a comparable full time worker in a week as prescribed in the remuneration order)__ * Final Remuneration: __(As per the MRA this is the Final Remuneration, as per Sec 96(4) of WRA, drawn by a comparable full-time worker for last complete month)__ To update the above, follow the steps below: {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:hrmsprgfexitptime.png|}} * Step 1: Payroll/Monthly Procedure/PRGF * Step 2: Click Exit tab * Step 3: Choose criteria as illutrated * Step 4: Choose PRGF Exit Reason from the drop-down list * Step 5: Insert the necessary information as illustrated * Step 6: Click Save on the toolbar ====== MRA PRGF Exit Statement ====== To export the Monthly MRA PRGF Exit Statement after performing payroll closure of the month, use the steps below. {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:hrmsprgfexitaug22menu.png|}} Step 1: Go to Payroll/Monthly Procedures Step 2: Click MRA PRGF Exit Statement (Aug-2022) {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:hrmsprgfexitaug22criteria.png|}} Step 3: Insert the criteria as per the above illustration: * **Year/Period** * **Pay Year**: Select calendar year from the list * **Pay Period**: Select month from the list * **Company**: Select company from the list * **Export Parameters**: * **Telephone No**: Insert number, it should be equal to 7 numeric characters * **Mobile No**: Insert number, it should start with the figure 5 and should consist of 8 numbers; * **Name of Declarant**: Insert the name, it should bear UPPER CASE letters and/or numeric characters (max 50 characters) * **Email**: Insert the contact email address of the company Step 5: Click Export button * **Browse your download folder and you may save the file to another location** A sample of the csv file is shown below: {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:hrmsprgfexitaug22csvcolumns2.png|}} {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:prgfexitaug22csv1.png|}}
