====== User Systems Access ======

Use this form to restrict a user's access to payroll data.

**User code:** Select from a list of available users.

**System code:** Code identifying a system; PAY for Payroll and STP for Payroll Setup.

**Level code:** Select from the list of available security level code for selected system.

**Security criteria:** information used to filter payroll data so that the user does not have access to it.
Criteria is not required for level 00-Full Access and level 06-Hide Salary.

<note>
You assign a security level to a user for a particular system i.e. PAY-Payroll or STP-Payroll Setup.
Apart from the level 00-Full Access level, all other levels need a security criteria. What you input in the criteria depends on the selected level.
