====== User Forms Access ======

Use this form to restrict a user's access to certain information on a form.

**Form:** Select from the list of available forms.

**Field name:** Name of a field available on the selected form.

**Allow edit:** Checked when field editing is authorised; Unchecked when editing is not authorised.

**Allow view:** Checked when user can visualise the field data; Unchecked when the field data must be hidden.

**Criteria:** Represents the condition that must be met in order to enforce the edit/view rule.
