====== Annual Return of Employees (ROE) =========

**<fc #ff00ff>Note: The below illustrations are related to fiscal year 2025 (July 2024-June 2025) however, for fiscal year 2026 (June 2025-July 2026), use the same steps by simply replacing Jul 2024 - Jun 2025 with Jul 2025 - Jun 2026 where applicable as shown below</fc>**

  * Filing the Annual Return of Employees (ROE) electronically by uploading a CSV file generated from Sicorax HRMS Payroll is a facility which is available to employers who have been granted access and allocated a password by MRA. Other employers should use the facility provided by the MNS.

  * The below steps and illustrations will guide in exporting the Annual Return of Employees (ROE) from Sicorax HRMS Payroll for the filing through the MNS website or the MRA website

===== Annual Return of Employees (filing through MNS website) =====

Use the following steps to proceed:

  *  Step 1: Go to Payroll

  *  Step 2: Click Yearly Procedures

  *  Step 3: Go to the Exports block

  *  Step 4: Click Yearly MNS MRA Return of Employees (Jul-2025)

  *  Step 5: Select Fiscal Year Jul 2024 - Jun 2025 <fc #ff00ff>(replace Jul 2024 - Jun 2025 with Jul 2025 - Jun 2026)</fc>

  *  Step 6: Select Company

  *  Step 7: Fill the Export Parameters
