===== Where to find the feature =====
  * Via the "Help button" on the toolbar. When a Help topic includes a video/wiki, the Help button is highlighted in yellow to indicate its availability. 
  * Additionally, for some HRMS functionalities, the Help feature is accessible through the More button on the toolbar. In such cases, the "More button" is highlighted in yellow.

  * Step 1: Go to Payroll --> Monthly Procedures --> Payments Deduction

  * Step 2: Click the Help button on the toolbar
