===============Reset ESS Password in case of a forgotten password============

__   Step 1: **Reset the ESS password**__
  * 1a: Enter your **User Login** and **password**
  * 1b: Click **Sign In**
  * 1c: If an incorrect password is entered, an alert message **Invalid login ID or password** will appear
  * 1d: To reset your password, click **Forgot password?**

  * 1e: Then click the **SEND EMAIL** button

__   Step 2: **Email Notification**__
  * 2a: You will receive an email containing a temporary password and a link to reset your password
  * 2b: Select and copy the **temporary password**
  * 2c: Click the **Reset My Password** link

  * 2d: The ESS platform will appear
  * 2e: Enter your **user login**
  * 2f: Paste the **temporary password** into the **Password** field
  * 2g: Then click the **Sign In** button

__   Step 3: **Create a new password**__
  * 3a: On the **User Preferences** screen, 
  * 3b: in the **Password** section, enter the **current password**, which is the same as the **temporary password**
  * 3c: In the **New Password** field, enter a new password
  * 3d: Insert the new password in the **Confirm Password** field
  * 3e: Click **Save**
