To generate payslip password , refer to the link below: {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:payslip_password22.png|}} ===== How to send Payslip via Email===== * To Send the Payslip via Email, using the same criteria as illustrated previously, use the steps below * 1 Choose or insert the necessary criteria as illustrated below: * In the Year/Period section, select : * (A) Pay year **2025** * (B) Pay period **M8 August** * In the Company/Dept/Sub-Dept section, select : * (C) Company **General Co Ltd** * To send the payslip via Email : * 2 Click **Email** {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:email1.png|}} * Wait until the sending email process is completed. {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:email_processing_.png|}} * In the below illustration , an email has been sent successfully to one employee. {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:email_sent.png|}} * **To ensure email has been sent successfully, refer to the HRMS Mail Monitoring functionality as shown below:** {{:spay:hrmsprocguide:email_monitoring.png|}} * The illustration below shows the payslip as received in the employee's mailbox.
