(By clicking on the lookup icon, a new window will open with a list of Incident Family. A double click will choose the selected family). * **Step 6:** Select the mail address of the person/s responsible for the follow-up by choosing from the list (same procedure as Step 5). * **Step 7:** Enter a value for the time to be taken for the resolution of the incident. * **Step 8:** Or enter a value for the number of days to be taken for the resolution of the incident. * **Step 9:** Click on Save button.
