====== Incident List Reports by Criteria======

Reports can be generated by criterias.

  * **Step 1:** Click on XML Reports.
  * **Step 2:** Click on (+) sign to expand or (-) sign to colapse list. Select the item.
  * **Step 3:** Click on New, a new line will be added.
  * **Step 4:** Click on the arrow in the parameter criteria and select the item to be generated.
  * **Step 5:** Select Operand 
  * **Step 6:** Click on lookup to select Parameter Value.
