**Step 1:** Click on new, a new line will be added.

**Step 2 & 3:** Click on the arrow to display drop down list to select Investigation Description and User.

**Step 4:** Click on the lookup to enter Investigation Conclusion.

**Step 5:** Click on the lookup to enter Proposed Action.

**Step 6:** Click on the drop down list to select Incident Justified.
  * <fc #ff0000>NB:Once Incident Justified is set, no changes can be made.</fc>

**Step 7:** Click on Save.

**Step 8:** Click on the close button to return to main page.

  * Right Click on the empty space to select [[sim:procedure:insertproposedaction|Insert Proposed Action]]
