===== Insert Final Decision =====

**Step 1:** Click on New, a new line will be added.

**Step 2 & 3:** Click on the arrow to display a drop down list to chose Final Decision and Decision done by.

**Step 4:** Click on the lookup to insert remarks.

**Step 5:** Click on the arrow to chose if the complaint status should be Close or remain Open.

**Step 6:** Click on Save

**Step 7:** Click on the close button to return to main page.
