====== Supervisor Guide ======

In the PMS Application the Supervisor's roles consist:
  * Define the employees' objectives and competences. 
  * Rate the employees' objectives and competences.
  * Appraise all employees falling under his/her direct supervision at the required time.
  * Meet with the employee to set a final scoring for the respective appraisal at the end of the PMS period
