====== PMS Overview ====== * The supervisor defines and inputs objectives for his employees for the current appraisal reference. * The supervisor appraises all employees falling under his/her direct supervision at the required time. * Each employee sets his/her own scoring. * Each employee inputs his/her IDP training (if applicable). * Each employee inputs his/her IDP future (if applicable). * Both the employee and the supervisor meet up to set a final scoring for the respective appraisal at the end of the PMS period.
